Food for Thought

**Pam Garner suggests – If you don’t really need many groceries this week, just buy the starred items you need for a 3 months supply. Save your grocery money for next weeks pre -Thanksgiving sales. Albertson’s and Bashas have water – sometimes it gets as low as $1.99 near summer. Gold Medal Flour probably won’t get any cheaper than $.99 Fresh & Easy had the best Turkey Price last year and it was early like it is this year at $.37/lb. At Fry’s canned milk, cream soups, Stove Top are deals to stock up on. **If you don’t have 72 hour kits –start them with soup, chili, fruit snacks, Gatorade, water. All have good shelf life and can be rotated next year near this time.
